Coco Dionne is a Registered Yoga instructor and Certified Personal Trainer. She holds several certifications that is centered in health and fitness which includes a Certified Meditation & Breath Work Coach, Reiki Instructor, Yoga Nidra Instructor, Zumba & Strong by Zumba Instructor & Matt Pilates Instructor. Her style of yoga is Vinyasa and she has been teaching consistently for 7 years.

Her unique approach is designed to empower your physical and mental wellbeing with a workout blend that combines strength training, yoga stretching, breathing and mindfulness. This holistic approach not only focuses on physical strength and mobility but also aims to calm the mind and foster a heightened sense of presence. Through this integration of yoga, strength training, and meditation, you will experience a profound connection between your body and mind.

 

Coco Dionne believes in working hard inside and outside the gym, so you can live your best life. She believes in living a healthy lifestyle, while also living to the fullest, which often includes yummy foods and other indulgences. As she tell her clients, “It’s all about prioritizing.” You have to learn what works for YOU. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to fitness or health and wellness. This is where she comes in for her clients: to help them find that balance and learn what it truly means to live  a healthy lifestyle.
